Nick has more than 20 years’ experience building and scaling technology and operations functions across telecoms, adtech, and research. With a BEng in Computing and Communication Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester, he combines technical knowledge with commercial leadership to guide Archai Power’s growth.
He has led international teams, delivered complex global technology projects, and built partnerships with C-suite leaders and government bodies. Nick’s expertise in operational excellence, robust governance, and sustainable growth makes him the right leader to ensure Archai delivers durable, trusted, and profitable solar solutions.

Eddie has nearly two decades of experience in energy, smart metering, and advanced materials. With a PhD in Complex Systems and Instrumentations from the University of Sheffield and degrees in Control Systems and Communications Engineering from Manchester, he bridges deep technical expertise with global leadership.
His career spans leadership roles in China, Korea, and the UK — from developing nanocrystalline transformer core technologies at JC Advanced Materials to founding YOONO Energy Technology, a growing energy innovator. Eddie has delivered smart grid and IoT solutions well before they became mainstream, and his ability to translate complex engineering into scalable products makes him central to Archai’s technology vision.
